SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Europe

We currently provide delivery to the following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Vatican.

Deliveries are made between 4-6 weeks of the order.

Shipping to the European countries is done through the Postal Service or Courier and has a flat rate of 49 Euros per order including insurance.

International

Shipping to the International countries is done through the Postal Service or Courier and has a flat rate of 99 Euros per order including insurance.

Deliveries are made between 4-6 weeks of the order.

Our Distribution centre does not dispatch over weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay please contact your local post office or Courier and provide them with your tracking number.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
